What the Role Entails
As a Fundraising Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee fundraising efforts and drive successful campaigns on behalf of our charity partners. Your tasks will include:
Leading ongoing training sessions for your team to ensure they are well-informed about the charities we represent and have the necessary tools for success.
Monitoring fundraising activities at various venues (e.g., supermarkets, stadiums, transport stations) and ensuring that the team engages effectively with the public.
Traveling across the North West to meet with fundraisers, assess their activities, and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure compliance.
