Job Description


As a Fundraising Team Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring our fundraising team to secure vital one-time donations from the public. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits, along with clear pathways for career advancement within Charity Nest.

What the Role Entails


As a Fundraising Team Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee fundraising efforts and drive successful campaigns on behalf of our charity partners. Your tasks will include:

  • Leading ongoing training sessions for your team to ensure they are well-informed about the charities we represent and have the necessary tools for success.

  • Monitoring fundraising activities at various venues (e.g., supermarkets, stadiums, transport stations) and ensuring that the team engages effectively with the public. 

  • Traveling across the North West to meet with fundraisers, assess their activities, and provide support and guidance as needed to ensure compliance.
